Android 11 is now available to download and install. as google made it available.
What is the Android 11 public beta ?
The android 11 build is not finished yet. but its on its way to be finished by this summer. but it allows for test so that that consumer can test it.
Beta test are released prior to a software official Launch , and they typically follow developer beta tests. Google offers developer and public betas to collect information from developers and everyday users. It is on its early Phases of Development hence Google also uses betas to iron out issues.
As of now , we don't recommend you use Android 11 public Beta on your main phone but you can do it on your secondary device to experience latest version of android .

Day by day google making it as easy as possible for us to try Android 11 on our device, by offering android beta program. which makes everyone can update their device from anywhere by their own. This same beta program was used android Naugat, Oreo, Pie, and Android Q/10.
How to get started
1.Open or visit Google.com/android/beta to sign -up for the Android Beta Program.
2. Sign I to your Google account when prompted.
3.your eligible devices will be listed on the next page , click to enroll in the beta program
4.Go to setting> system> advanced>> system Update to check for available downloads . It should show up within a few minutes.
For developer preview of Android 11
The developers preview is an early version of android 11 specifically for developers. If you are not aa developer, join the public beta instead.
Get your phone ready
To get your device prepared , you have to enable a couple of developer options:-
1. Go to settings> about phone and now find " Build Number".
2. tap that repeatedly until you get the pop-up telling you that you are now a developer.
3. enter your pin.
4. Go to setting>System>advance and find ' Developer Options'.
5. Now you have to find the toggle near usb \debugging and enable that.
6. also toggle the option to enable OEB Unlocking.
7. Type in your Pin again, and hit 'enable'.
